When does my certificate expire?

RSA Statement of Attainment

For QLD, WA, SA, and TAS: A Statement of Attainment issued by us does not expire once obtained, even though the code identifying this course regularly changes. This means that if you hold a Statement of Attainment for "Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol" from anytime in the past, it remains valid irrespective of a change in course code.
For the ACT, it expires in 3 years.
For NT, employees need to renew their RSA Certificate every 3 years.

The interim certificate is valid for 90 days and allows you to work immediately.
Photo competency card is valid for five years.

RSG Statement of Attainment

For QLD/WA/NT: A Statement of Attainment issued by us does not expire once obtained, even though the code identifying this course regularly changes. This means that if you hold a Statement of Attainment for "Provide Responsible Gambling Services" from anytime in the past, it remains valid irrespective of a change in course code.

I have not received my certificate. Where can I find it?

Complete your Course - Visit My Courses page page to check the progress of the course. Please make sure that you have completed the entire course, including the verbal assessment.

Update your Profile - Visit My Profile page to make sure that the status of your profile is complete. It is a mandatory requirement before we can issue a Statement of Attainment.

Please note: If you have just completed your course, including the verbal assessment, please wait for the trainer to review it. This usually takes a few hours.

If a trainer has passed your verbal assessment, you can find your certificate in My Courses page. Please click the Download Certificate button to download your certificate.

How to use the online recorder

Visit "Verbal Assessment" Page: Go to My Courses page and click on "Complete Verbal Assessment" button.

You can choose from the following two (2) options:

Record from webcam/microphone (laptop, tablets, and smartphones have in-built feature)
Upload a pre-recorded video/audio file

Alternate Recording Methods

Phone Voicemail (only if the video format is not mandatory) - Go to the "Verbal Assessment" page for more details
