Received lot of knowledge about RSA
My experience with the RSA was fantastic.
I got a lot of knowledge about the RSA like responsible services of the alcoholic, in which cases we have to serve the alcohol and in which cases we should refuse the alcohol like a person is looking too much intoxicated, we shouldn't serve them.
How to deal with customers, we just can't refuse them directly, we have to give them a proper reason.
We should talk properly with them, politely with them and if the customer looks intoxicated we should take care of their safety.
We should help them to go to the home. We should help them to contact their friend or family members.
A lot of knowledge I got about the responsible service of alcohol from this website and it was a fantastic experience and I got the certificate from GTA.
