I have not received my certificate. Where can I find it?

Complete your Course - Visit "My Courses" page page to check the progress of the course. Please make sure that you have completed the entire course, including the verbal assessment.

Update your Profile - Visit "My Profile" page to make sure that the status of your profile is complete. It is a mandatory requirement before we can issue a Statement of Attainment.

Please note: If you have just completed your course, including the verbal assessment, please wait for the trainer to review it. This usually takes a few hours.

If a trainer has passed your verbal assessment, you can find your certificate in "My Courses" page. Please click the "Download Certificate" button to download your certificate.

How to use the online recorder

Visit "Verbal Assessment" Page: Go to "My Courses" page and click on "Complete Verbal Assessment" button.

You can choose from the following three (3) options:
  1. Record from webcam/microphone (laptop/tablets have in-built feature)
  2. Upload a pre-recorded video/audio file
  3. Record from a smartphone with active internet access

When does my certificate expire?

A Statement of Attainment issued by us does not expire once obtained, even though the code identifying this course (currently, SITHFAB002 and SITHGAM001) regularly changes. This means that if you hold a Statement of Attainment for "Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol" and/or "Provide Responsible Gambling Services" from anytime in the past, it remains valid irrespective of a change in course code.
