RSA course has taught me to be mindful
Hi, my name is Isaac.
Very proud of this course is that I've gained knowledge about the rules and legislation.
The second thing is learning how to communicate with an Intoxicated person, and how to look after them.
How to care for them and to ensure that they exit the premises safely and go home.
Also, another thing that I'm very happy about is understanding the Responsible service of alcohol.
It is very important. And on top of that, it is the behaviour of the patrons that we need to look out for and find out the reason why they're behaving like that.
Whether they are on medications or drugs or whether they are just normally behaving like that.
Those are the things that I have learned and I'm very grateful to be mindful about.
