I have got my last name changed. Could I be issued with an updated certificate with my new last name?

Your profile is verified against the USI register. If you need any changes to the name fields, kindly update the relevant fields in the USI register (usi.gov.au) and notify us.

Once your updated information is successfully verified against the USI register, we shall be able to issue an updated certificate/statement of attainment.
