Why, when and what identification document needs to be uploaded for ID check?

To confirm your identity, you will need to provide an identification document. Don't worry if you don't have a scanner. You can simply take a clear picture of the required document(s) on your smartphone and upload it to your profile.

Why upload?

It is a mandatory legal requirement for all nationally recognized training providers to verify the identity before issuing a Statement of Attainment to a student.

What document to upload?

Any one (1) of the following -

- Passport

- Drivers Licence

- Proof of Age Card

- Student ID Card

- Other Photo ID Card(Government issued)

NOTE: IDs without photos, selfies, illegible, invalid or expired IDs will not be accepted.

When to upload?

You may upload the identification document at any stage. However, we will not be able to issue a Statement of Attainment until your identity has been verified.
