Why my training activity with Galaxy Training Australia is not showing up in my USI Transcript?

The information in the USI transcript comes from the data that each training provider submits about their enrolments and the training they deliver to the National VET Data Collection which is managed by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER).

Note: USI account will not include any information about the training you undertook before 1 January 2015 as such information is retrospective to the commencement of the scheme and the system is not designed to back-capture training completed before 2015. In this case, you will need to rely on the statement of attainment or transcript issued by your training organisation to show evidence of this training.
